She is a filmmaker who caught the animation bug in 2000 with her first stop-motion short Eva (story, design, animation).In 2004, she studied traditional 2D animation atanimation-school-hamburg. Film making, for me,is where the magic happens.The ideato ‘make-believe’, and the limitless possibilities of visual story telling is something that I have always loved about film. When I was a kid I became fascinated by how these stories were made and the idea that we can have these shared memories and experiences with cinema. My family would take out our old home movies that were recorded on a Super 8 camera and watch them play through what is now a very dated project or and screen. It is always great funtos it back, have a laugh,and reflecton those moments of my childhood. Cinematographer of “Play Lunch”. He will make a speech at the Chofu premiere! I enjoy telling stories with a motion camera and sharing these stories with others. When I was a little boy, I would record my own videos on a nold video camera. My sister, cousins, and I would also actin these videos, which were usually parodies of television shows that we used to watch. Because we didn't have any computers with editing devices back then, the editing and special effects were done entirely within the camera. It was veryful filling when we were able to show these videos to our families and receive many laughs from them.
