Keiko Toda became the chairperson Film Festival Committee! Festival with many new attempts
Keiko Toda, an actress, assumed the chairperson of 18th Kinder Film Festival Committee.
We conducted many new attempts such as shifting Aoyama Venue from Aoyama Round Theatre to Aoyama Theatre, releasing to the media, making a new program ‘KINDER FILM FOR GROWN-UPS’ and implementing event with ticket.
Thanks to participation of more than 100 volunteers, we could make the whole festival exciting.
Many celebrities came to the festival and it became gorgeous. In spite of the decrease the festival date by three days、customers of 111% compared to last year come to the festival.

Kinder Juries
7 children watched every films as Kinder Film Festival Kinder Juries. They selected ‘Wickie the Mighty Viking’,Germany, as the grand-prix award at a jury conference which no adult involved in. Also, they performed best at important scenes such as photo session by mass media at Aoyama Venue and closing ceremony at Cofu Venue.
They walked on the Green Carpet with International celebrities at Tokyo International Film Festival in October,2010.
